General Information

BOARDING INSTRUCTIONS
Please plan to arrive at the boat, 5-10 minutes prior to your departure time.

TRAVELING BY TAXI
Have your taxi drop you off at the front lobby of the East or Marina Tower of the Sheraton directly across the street from the airport. (Please be aware that there are two Sheraton Towers.) After walking in the lobby, head straight back toward the doors at the back of the hotel. Go through the doors and at the Whale water sculpture turn right and walk along the pathway (toward the pools). The entrance to the marina will be on your left.

PARKING
Paid parking is available at the Sheraton Hotel and Marina. When you first pull into the main entrance to the Hotel, take an immediate right into the parking lot and follow the road toward the back/marina side of the hotel. The road will curve gently left past some tennis courts before ending in a turn around. Park as close as you can to the turn around and then follow the pathway at the back of the hotel to the marina entrance, which will be obvious on your right.

WHAT WE RECOMMEND YOU WEAR
We recommend you show up to the boat with an extra layer of clothing than you would be comfortable walking around in. During late Fall, Winter and early Spring, we recommend you bring a jacket/windbreaker. It is often cooler on the water than on land and temperatures may change throughout your excursion.

We also recommend sunglasses and sunscreen (even on overcast days).

BRINGING CAMERA/VIDEO EQUIPMENT
We encourage you to bring a camera or video equipment on-board.

CANCELLATION POLICY
San Diego Pirate Productions reserve the right to cancel a charter due to unsafe sea or weather conditions or mechanical problems, which does not allow the boat to operate. In such a case, passengers will receive a full refund.  San Diego Pirate Productions will try to reschedule the charter if possible.

Public Excursion Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours from the charter date, the client will pay 50% of the charter cost unless the seats can be sold by the time of the charter.

Private Charter Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days from the charter date, the client will pay 50% of the charter cost. When a client reserves a specific date and time, that date and time are held exclusively for that client, so other clients seeking that time and date are turned away.
